Team Leader
- Lead a shift team of 10–12 people in logistics operations.
- WMSView – designed and built, on my own initiative and single-handedly, an operational visibility platform for the site: requirements, architecture, backend and frontend.
- Turned requirements from team leaders and shift management into 17 operational views: live task and labour tracking, KPIs by zone, lane occupancy, transport planning, QC, consolidation and a daily timeline.
- Built the data integration from the WMS into a REST API: scheduled extraction, reconciliation of orders that fell out of the shipped flow, detection of stalled tasks.
- Role-based access per screen and action, login audit, PDF/Excel exports for handovers and management. Selected manual processes now run several times faster.
